Many people have an ‘us and them’ attitude towards those with a disability. One in five Australians will experience some form of mental illness in their lifetime.

Most people have experienced some form of exclusion in their lives. What forms of exclusion may someone with a physical disability have experienced in their life. Mental illness still carries a social stigma. What are some stereotypes surrounding mental illness?
